Table Limit

The minimum and maximum amounts you can bet at a casino table in one round. This varies depending on the game and the table you choose.

Take Odds

To place or accept a bet where the payout is less than the stake, favoring the other party. 

Taking the Points

Wagering on the underdog, benefiting from the point spread advantage.

Taking the Price

Betting on the underdog and accepting the offered money odds for a potential payout.

Teaser

A type of parlay bet allowing the bettor to adjust the point spread for better win chances, with reduced payouts if successful.

Ticket

A wager placed on a sports betting event.

Tie

A bet where no money is won or lost because the teams’ scores match the point spread exactly.

Tilt

A losing streak that affects a player’s betting decisions.

Time Limit

A responsible gambling tool that caps the duration a player can gamble per session, day, or other timeframe.

Total

The combined score of runs, points, or goals by both teams in a game, including overtime.

Totals Bet

A bet predicting whether the combined score of both teams will be above or below a sportsbook’s set line.

Tote bet

A wager where the stake enters a pool, with payouts distributed from that pool to winners.

Treble bet

A multiple wager combining three separate bets on different events, all of which must win for a payout.

Trifecta

A horse racing bet where the player must correctly predict the first, second, and third-place finishers in exact order.

Trixie

A bet involving three selections, consisting of three doubles and one treble, requiring at least two wins for a return.

True Odds

The actual probability of an event occurring, unadjusted by bookmaker margins.
